Many of the recipes this week come from Real Simple… we all need a little more simplicity this time of year. The Swedish Meatballs can be made ahead and frozen for a quick re-heated meal. Our first winter CSA winter share of the year has arrived. Squash, onions, beets and cabbage all found their way into our menu this week.
